Alexis Alvey has been working with trees professionally in various capacities since 2002. She has been a Certified Arborist through the International Society of Arboriculture for the past 14 years. Alvey Tree Consulting LLC was founded in 2017 and has been providing objective, tree expertise ever since. Having a background in both urban forestry and landscape architecture, Alvey has the unique ability to balance tree preservation with sustainable development.
Originally from New York, Alvey brings a can-do attitude and an efficiency to serving the needs of her clients. Alvey is a leader in the field of arboriculture, and has served on the board of the Florida Urban Forestry Council. She has published scientific articles in research journals and industry trade magazines. She has lectured extensively on trees and other horticulture topics, bringing her love of trees to the public.
